WOW. What a lady.
The amazing Rebecca Drake is taking on a Daily Cold Dip Challenge, everyday in February!
Rebecca was diagnosed with stage 3 bowel cancer at the age of 39 which had spread to numerous lymph nodes. Rebecca found that dipping into cold water helped her focus on life away from the cancer treatment, emotions and depletion that her body was going through.
Rebecca will be dipping everyday this month, whether in her ice pod in her back garden, or in the sea!
